Eric Zarazinski – Director, Balance Sheet Management Solutions, Moody’s Eric is an accomplished senior finance leader with extensive banking industry experience in balance sheet and financial risk management, strategic and tactical planning, and enterprise risk management.  At Moody’s, he works with the largest banks and credit unions in the US, the banking regulators, and the government sponsored entities that support housing – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Home Loan Banks - regarding asset/liability management, liquidity, investment portfolio analytics, and capital stress testing solutions.Prior to joining Moody’s, Mr. Zarazinski held senior roles as Chief Risk Officer at PenFed Credit Union and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas where he led the market, credit, and operational risk management functions.  He also has extensive experience in the residential mortgage market leading mortgage valuation & investment teams and mortgage banking/mortgage servicing hedging & analytics at several other large banks, credit unions, and mortgage originators.
