Activating Your True 20%: How Elite Mortgage Professionals Leverage Brain States, Precision, and Identity to Perform at the Highest Levels

This session focuses on how elite mortgage professionals consistently perform at a high level—not by working harder, but by operating from the right mental and performance states.

Using an NFL quarterback performance analogy and current neuroscience, I’ll introduce The 20% Activation Model™, a practical framework that helps professionals identify the small set of behaviors that drive the majority of their results—and how to access those behaviors consistently without burnout.

We’ll break performance into three intentional brain states—Strategic, Relational, and Execution—and show how elite performers sequence these states on purpose to improve clarity, decision-making, influence, and consistency under pressure.

Attendees will leave with:

• A clearer understanding of their true high-impact activities
• Tools to reduce cognitive overload and decision fatigue
• A practical way to structure their day for better performance and energy

Gina works specifically with mortgage professionals and leaders who want to optimize their performance — not by adding more tactics, but by improving how they think, decide, and show up every day. Gina brings over 25 years of experience in mortgage banking, having produced at the top and shaped sales performance and leadership throughout her career. Her work focuses on optimizing the person behind the production — mindset, energy, and decision-making — because these factors ultimately drive results. Her work spans newer originators through many of the region’s top-performing producers and leaders, giving her a deep understanding of what drives sustainable success in today’s mortgage market.

With more than 10 years of coaching experience, Gina partners with mortgage professionals and leadership teams to improve business performance while supporting long-term sustainability. She has spent her career in the mortgage industry, performed at the highest levels, and now helps others do the same with greater intention and durability.
