This class provides a review of the various self employment entities and the tax forms used to report a self employed borrower’s income. Using the FNMA 1084 form, participants will learn how to capture the most income for their borrower and why particular income or expense items are allowed under the guidelines. Learning is reinforced using a case study.

Who Should Attend:
Mortgage banking staff with at least one year’s experience with basic income calculations.
