RESIDENTIAL COMMITTEES Affordable Housing & Emerging Markets Committee (Residential) Addresses issues associated with the expansion of homeownership opportunities for low and moderate income homebuyers; monitors industry practices in the Washington metropolitan area relating to fair lending and affordable housing.
